Vic: Doyle to challenge Napthine for Lib leadership = 3
Five Liberal MPs have signed a letter calling for a party room meeting as soon as possiblenext week, where Mr DOYLE will formally challenge for the leadership.
Mr DOYLE won't confirm who's on his running ticket for the challenge or if he has thenumbers to succeed.
He says he hasn't moved earlier because he wanted to see if Dr NAPTHINE would improvethe party's standing, but that hasn't happened.
Mr DOYLE says a strong and vital Victoria cannot happen without a strong Liberal oppositionand that cannot happen without a change of leadership.
